Prime-Arc MWC is a Nickel based wire that contains macrocrystalline tungsten carbide particles. The deposit contains up to 60% solid tungsten carbide and provides the highest wear resistance of any weld solution on the market. Designed to be used on critical machine components subject to severe wear, Prime-Arc MWC is the best choice to overlay dredge and rotary head cutters, earth moving tool holders, filtering screens, and drill bits/stabilizers. It can be used in high-speed cyclone wear, critical blow line elbows and other wear applications where component failure is not an option.
